Atlanta-based Industrial Developments International (IDI) has begun marketing a huge new industrial park in West Memphis. Dubbed Interstate Commerce Center, the 340-acre site in West Memphis is being configured to accommodate eight warehouses ranging from 311,040 square feet to 1.2 million square feet.

IDI is launching the development by grading the pad for the Interstate Commerce Center’s “Building H,” a 453,600 square-foot space that sits squarely between the UP and BNSF lines in West Memphis. The site is less than half a mile from Interstate 40.
